Expeditious Services are proud of their contract management model, which breaks away from the traditional models that involve a single account manager and planned visits. For us, contract success is reliant on our entire team. We can proactively spot opportunities and resolve issues before they escalate due to the different service and experience levels working in collaboration together. We prioritise availability, accountability, and communication to clients whilst reducing unnecessary costs and damage to the environment. Overall, delivering a more reliable, resilient, and consistent service throughout our contracts.

Challenges they have faced
The biggest challenge for the business has been recruiting a strong security team through the pandemic and its multiple lockdowns.
“We’ve seen a drop of 183% in the number of job applications in 2021, compared to 2020, whilst job vacancies have increased by 143%. This is an industry-wide, nation-wide problem. We’re hoping to see a big wave of new talent coming into the industry once the furlough scheme has ended in September.”
To overcome this challenge, the team has had to think outside the box with ways to recruit people and attract them to Expeditious Services. Liberty comments “We’ve started exciting new benefits schemes for working with us. We’ve really pushed some incentives helping security officers earn some extra money by getting involved with the company in different ways such as referring new employees to us.”
