Renewing Online

A step-by-step guide to renewing online

Visit the online portal and enter your log-in details. Your username is your SafeContractor membership and certificate number. Your password is the same one assigned to you during the registration process. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgotten Password in the bottom right-hand corner of the login box to reset your password online.

To pay for your membership select SafeContractor Renewal 2018 under the header Membership Subscriptions.

At this step you can select a membership package. The package you chose on your previous year’s membership will be preselected, but this can be changed. In addition to the standard package, we offer 3 different accreditation support options, whereby our team of 50+ in-house technical support officers provide you with a tailored service based on your needs for speed and support.

SafePQQ helps you stand out from the crowd in our client portal to organisations who are looking to partner with safe, stable and ethical contractors. Since its launch in May over 1,000 new businesses have registered to become SafePQQ verified, demonstrating their commitment to sustainable and ethical compliance. SafePQQ Verification sits alongside your SafeContractor Accreditation and allows you to demonstrate your commitment to best practice in the key topics outlined below.

Your membership package selection can be reviewed in your shopping basket. If you change your mind, click the Remove box on the left-hand side of a line to remove the product.

A copy of our terms and conditions will appear on the screen. You are required to tick the box at the bottom to confirm you understand them before proceeding to the next step.

There are two payment methods – BACS or card payment.

If you opt to pay by BACS  your membership will be renewed upon receipt of payment and you will see a message like the below.

Select your card type and input your details into the secure Worldpay payment page which looks like this.

After successful payment a page similar to the below will be displayed. You will receive a VAT invoice to your registered email address within 5 working days.

Resetting Your Password

You can also follow this link to reset your password.

Visit the online portal and follow the Forgotten Password link in the bottom right corner.

Enter your username and the email address registered with your SafeContractor membership. Only the primary email address listed on your SafeContractor account is valid here. Click Send Reset Email.

Shortly after clicking the reset button you will receive an email explaining what to do next.

Once you have clicked the link in the email your internet browser will go to the Password Reset page. Pick a new password and click Save.

You will now return to the original login screen. Please login with your new password. Now that your password is reset you can visit our online portal to complete your accreditation questionnaire and upload up to date documents or renew your membership. If you still need assistance logging in to your account please email our customer care team who will be happy to help.
