Alcumus SafeContractor Limited

On 10 January 2018, we formally changed the registered company name of “Exor (Services) Limited” to “Alcumus SafeContractor Limited”.

In practical terms, Exor (Services) Limited has been trading as “SafeContractor” for some time, and many of our customers and suppliers already refer to the company on this basis. The reason behind the change is to bring all Alcumus Group companies within the wider “Alcumus” brand and ensure a consistent approach across our customer base.

The implications of the name change are as follows:

1. The company registration number (07618138) and date of incorporation remain the same;
2. There are no changes to the legal entity;
3. There are no changes to the ownership of the company;
4. There are no changes to our current systems or staff;
5. There are no changes to our website address: www.safecontractor.com;
6. There are no changes to our employee email addresses;
7. There is no impact on the Exor accreditation service – we continue to provide this (see www.exorms.co.uk).

We have also changed our registered office to Axys House, Heol Crochendy, Parc Nantgarw, Nantgarw, Cardiff CF15 7TW. This address should now be used instead of Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF.

We ask all customers and suppliers to update their records accordingly, and to address all future business correspondence to our new company name and registered address. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
