How to Renew Online

Please refer to the instructions below when renewing your membership online in the new Accreditation Portal ...

Step 1 - Log in

Click here to log into the portal

Step 2 - Enter your details

Enter your login details.

If you've logged in successfully, skip to Step 7 in our instructions.

However, if you've forgotten your password, click 'Forgotten Password' in the bottom right hand corner.

Step 3 - Resetting your password

Enter your username and the email address registered with your SafeContractor membership.

Please note, only the primary contact email address listed on the SafeContractor database is valid when resetting your password.

Click 'Send Reset Email'.

Step 4 - Check your emails  

Shortly after, you will receive an email similar to the below

Click the underlined link (highlighted in yellow as an example)

Step 5 - Creating a new password

Once you have clicked the link your internet browser will open onto a 'Password Reset' page. 

Pick a new password and click 'Save'

Step 6 - Login

You will now return to the original login screen, please login with your new password.

Step 7 - Paying for your renewal

You're now in the Portal!

To pay for your membership select 'SafeContractor Renewal 201*' as shown below...

Step 8 - Upgrade your accreditation

At this step you can boost your accreditation by selecting extra questionnaires, otherwise known as SafeContractorplus.

To add an additional questionnaire, tick the relevant box on the far left and then click the green 'Proceed to Checkout' box.

If you don't want to add a questionnaire, click 'Proceed to Checkout'.

Step 8 - Upgrade your accreditation

Step 9 - Purchase summary

Next you will see a summary of your purchase. Click 'Purchase'

Step 10 - Price breakdown

Here you will be shown a breakdown of your renewal fee plus VAT.

Step 11 - Enter your payment details

Enter your payment details when prompted by World Pay.

Step 12 - VAT receipt

Your VAT receipt will be sent to your registered email address within 5 working days.
